Active Ingredients Menthol 8% Camphor 2% For temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with inflammation. For external use only. Do not us e on wounds or damaged skin. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad. If pregnant or breast-feeding ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swolled, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Apply to affected area no more than 3-4 times daily. After application, wash hands with soap and water (unless applying to hands). Children under the age of 18, consult a doctor before use.
