USES: Temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with strains, bruises, and sprains.

DIRECTIONS: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. After application wash hands with soap and water (unless applying to hands) Children under the age of 18, consult a dcotor before use.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Camphor 2%, Menthol 6%

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Aloe barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Juice, Arnica montana (Arnica) Flower  Extract, Capsicum frutescens (Chili Pepper) Fruit Extract, Glycerin (Kosher Vegetable), Hamamelis virginiana (Witch Hazel) Leaf Extract, Hydrogenated cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Menthyl Nicotinate, Sorbitan Olivate, Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E)

WARNINGS: For external use only. Do not use on wounds or damaged skin. When using htis product avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad. Stop use and ask a doctor if conditions worsen, symptoms persist for more than 7 days, symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days, excessive skin irritation deveelops. If pregnant or breast-feeding ask a health care professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swalled get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
